“A psychologist walked around a room…”

In a time of churning and change, issues are bound to arise. We can’t choose what happens to us. All we can choose is how we respond.

Inner Leadership provides tools that help us make sense of an issue, create an inspiring vision of what we want instead, then implement that.

But, as the story above explains, there is always another approach: simply to let the issue go. Get on with our day.

Chapter 3 of Inner Leadership makes sure we always remember these two options: ignore the issue or walk away.

(And for the issues that that won’t go away, the ones that keep coming back, Inner Leadership also shows us how to inspire ourselves and others to build something better instead.)
