The Churning, Inner Leadership provides a framework and a practical set of tools for using change to become stronger.
The tools are based on my experiences of designing and implementing top to bottom strategic change in a global technology company, combined with the experiences of divorce, bereavement, and life-threatening illness, all happening in a very short space of time.
The result is a framework of ideas and very practical tools for not only coping with change but for using change to become stronger, antifragile.
Over the next few weeks this website will share one post per day from each of the seven steps. One from Step One, one from Step Two, and so on.
If you have not yet bought the book or the workbook this will give you a taster of some of the tools and ideas they contain. If you already have them then the posts will act as a useful daily reminder. After all, it’s only by changing the actions we take that we will change the results we get.
During 2020 it has been great to see so many people using these tools to reconnect with what matters most to them, find more ways to move forward, and inspire themselves and others to make those changes happen.
I hope that in 2021 you, too, will learn to use change to become stronger.
