It will provide a set of tools for driving results in the 21st century, and a roadmap for (re)building any organisation as a living, adaptive organism.
When all around is churning and changing, running your organisation as an adaptive, evolving organism is the only way to get results and to thrive.
As a leader you will be better prepared to achieve this if you have first read Volume 1, ‘Inspiration’: Tools for inner leadership in times of change.
